Investment

Appropriate and sufficient financing for a company is crucially important for its long-term success. We advise you in choosing the appropriate type of financing.

PROJECT FINANCING

Project financing represents an ideal financing instrument
for major projects that are capital-intensive

Financing is provided for self-contained, economically and legally-isolated investment projects where the debt service payments are made from the future cash flow of the project. As a rule, the borrower is a project company set up especially for the realisation of the project. The assets to be financed essentially serve as collateral for the loans, with liability for the loans either excluded completely (non-recourse financing) or limited (limited-recourse financing).

We finance projects in particular in the following sectors:

1) Utilities (renewable energy, power stations, electricity networks, water supply/waste water disposal, etc.)
2) Traffic infrastructure (roads, tunnels, bridges, local transport systems)
3) Public Private Partnerships (PPP)
4) Manufacturing industry (e.g. in steel production, automobile production and cellulose production segments) as well as near-commodity projects (petrochemicals, oil and gas production and transmission etc

INVESTMENT LOAN

Loan funds offer investors many diversification opportunities and compelling returns
Grow your earning potential with an investment loan

Loan funds offer institutional investors the opportunity to invest directly in a loan portfolio and benefit from relatively fast implementation and a broad asset range. The funds either participate in or originate loans. In practice, the question of how loans are originated depends on the requirements of the specific loans and the asset manager’s market strategy.

With an investment loan, you can put more money into your investments and increase your potential returns.
Borrowing to invest in the sharemarket can be a potentially effective and tax-efficient way to help grow your wealth. While most of us are familiar with borrowing to buy a home, not many of us consider borrowing to invest.
